Serves 4 | Prep 15 min | Cook 35 min
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Toss all ingredients in a large bowl
3. Bake for 25 minutes.
4. Then remove from oven and with a spatula toss the potatoes on their other side.
Put them back in the oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
Garnish with fresh herbs.
