2 cans light tuna
1 can chick peas, drained + rinsed
4 stalks celery, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 large avocado
3 tbsp raw shelled hemp seeds
truffle sea salt
1. In a large bowl add the tuna and seasonings, mix well.
2. Add remaining ingredients, excluding avocado, and stir to combine.
3. Add avocado by lightly mashing into the salad (acts as the mayonnaise base) then squeeze the lime over the top, set in the fridge to chill for 20 min and enjoy!
Feel free to add any additional crunchy vegetables to give this a nice additional kick.
